Submission Timeline: Banner ads and creatives must be submitted at least five days before the campaign start for setup and testing in Google Ads Manager. Late submissions may delay the campaign launch.
Preferred Formats: We preferr ‘In-Red’ Tags but also accept third-party JavaScript, DoubleClick Tags, HTML Zips, images, JPEGs, and GIFs.
Click-Through URL: Provide an exact click-through URL for all creative (including HTML5) for proper testing.
Active Redirects: All 3rd party redirects must be active upon submission for effective testing. Ad serving charges are the advertiser’s or agency’s responsibility.
Compliance: Our ad formats comply with IAB guidelines and Google Ads Manager standards for HTML5 creative.
File Size: We recommend keeping creative file sizes minimal for better user experience and faster loading. Flash is not accepted.

Approve @manofmany to tag the brand on Facebook and/or Instagram as Branded Partner prior to the campaign launch. Instagram approval is only required for Instagram Posts, not stories. Facebook approval is required for all campaigns.

The Ad Operations team reviews every direct-sold creative before it is published to the site and ensures both requirements are met. Occasionally, sites may raise concerns about ads that don’t meet aesthetic standards or the quality of design, which is not suitable to serve to users, particularly paid subscribers. Man of Many’s Terms and Conditions state that each advertisement submitted for publication is subject to the publisher’s approval. It is therefore ‘acceptable’ for Man of Many to reject creative for any reason.
Cancellation of any advertisement or campaign must be received in writing no later than 21 days prior to the commencement of a campaign to receive a 100 per cent refund. Any cancellations made after this time will be subject to a minimum cancellation fee of 100 per cent of the total cost of the entire campaign. Campaigns cancelled at the request of the Advertiser after the campaign has commenced or integrated production work has begun will not be entitled to a refund of any unused portion of the campaign.
